Tonight, Paris is on fire. Our Last Night is headlining, and the crowd is buzzing with excitement even before they hit the stage. But before we get there, Lifespark and Normandie are already setting the place ablaze with performances that’ll be etched in everyone’s memories.

Ce soir, Paris est en ébullition. Our Last Night est la tête d’affiche, et la salle est déjà en ébullition avant même leur arrivée sur scène. Mais avant d’en arriver là, Lifespark et Normandie mettent déjà le feu avec des performances qui laissent des souvenirs gravés dans les esprits.

Lifespark: They Don’t Back Down

The night kicks off with Lifespark, a German band from Koblenz. Their mix of melodic post-hardcore and heavy pop hits hard. Despite a few technical hiccups, these guys don’t let up and give it their all.

– “Comfort in Myself”

  The concert starts with a bang. The singer introduces the band, visibly moved by the Paris crowd, and thanks them for being there. The applause is loud, and Lifespark makes their mark right from the first note. The connection with the crowd is immediate.

– “Endless Paradise”

  The crowd’s really getting into it now. The singer has some technical issues with his earpiece, but he powers through, throwing out a “Thank you so much, Paris!” that echoes through the venue. The crowd eats it up, cheering him on.

– “Stay Away” 

  The guitarist is over the moon, thanking the crowd again and again for being there. Technical issue? No problem, everything’s sorted, and the singer takes the chance to ask everyone to jump. The crowd responds enthusiastically, and despite the hurdles, Lifespark keeps things on track.

Lifespark : Ils Ne Lâchent Rien

La soirée commence avec Lifespark, groupe allemand venu de Koblenz. Mélange de post-hardcore mélodique et de heavy pop, leur son est puissant. Malgré quelques galères techniques, les mecs ne lâchent rien et se donnent à fond.

– “Comfort in Myself”

  Le concert démarre fort. Le chanteur présente son groupe, visiblement touché par l’accueil des Parisiens, et remercie la foule. Les applaudissements fusent, Lifespark pose son style dès les premières notes. La connexion est immédiate.

– Endless Paradise”

  Là, le public commence à vraiment bouger. Petite galère technique pour le chanteur qui n’a plus de retour, mais il s’en sort avec brio, et balance un “Merci beaucoup, Paris !” qui résonne dans toute la salle. La foule lui répond avec enthousiasme.

– Stay Away”

  Le guitariste est aux anges, il le fait savoir au public en le remerciant encore et encore d’être là. Petit souci technique ? Pas grave, tout est réglé et le chanteur en profite pour demander à tout le monde de sauter. La foule répond avec ferveur, et malgré les embûches, Lifespark garde le cap.

– “Unwritten” (Natasha Bedingfield Cover)  

  A fun surprise, this cover hits just right. The audience joins in, singing along, and it’s one of those perfect, feel-good moments of the set.

– “Sympathy”

  A killer drum solo kicks things off, and the crowd is belting out the chorus without hesitation. Despite a few earlier tech issues, Lifespark stays locked in and keeps the energy high.

– “Lucid Dreamer”

  Another sound cut at the beginning, but they bounce back quickly. The singer gets the crowd to sing along and even tries for a mosh pit, though it doesn’t quite take off. He ends up jumping into the crowd, getting them to sing along with the guitarist, a solid way to close their set.

– “Unwritten” (Reprise de Natasha Bedingfield)  

  Surprise sympa, cette reprise fait mouche. Le public se met à chanter à l’unisson, et c’est un moment de communion parfait.

– “Sympathy”

  Solo de batterie qui claque dès le début, et la salle reprend les paroles du refrain sans hésiter. Malgré les soucis techniques, ils envoient du lourd et gardent tout le monde dans le rythme.

– “Lucid Dreamer”

  Encore une coupure de son au début, mais ça repart direct. Le chanteur demande à tout le monde de chanter et tente un moshpit, qui malheureusement ne prend pas. Il descend dans la foule à la fin, pour faire chanter tout le monde avec le guitariste. Une belle conclusion pour leur set.

Normandie: A Burst of Energy

Next up, the Swedish rockers Normandie take the stage, and within seconds, the whole venue is on fire. Straight outta Stockholm, these guys bring an energy that electrifies every person in the room.

– “Serotonin”

  From the first notes, the crowd is singing along. Frontman Philip Strand throws out a massive, “Paris, we fucking love you!” and the love is mutual, with even the balcony joining in.

– “Holy Water”

  It’s only the second date of their tour, and they’re blown away by the energy in the room. The crowd is clapping along from the start, and when Philip asks, they sing for him. There’s jumping everywhere, and by the end, a small mosh pit forms.

– “Overdrive”

  Philip jokes that if he were in the audience, he’d be sitting up in the balcony because he’s getting old, but that doesn’t stop him from getting the whole floor jumping. The crowd is supercharged, bouncing from start to finish.

Normandie : Explosion d’Énergie

Les Suédois de Normandie prennent la suite, et dès les premières secondes, la salle est en feu. Venant de Stockholm, ils apportent une énergie qui galvanise chaque personne présente.

– “Serotonin”

  Dès les premières notes, la salle chante en chœur. Philip Strand, le chanteur, balance un énorme “Paris, on vous aime putain de fort !” et les signes d’affection pleuvent de la scène vers le public, même jusqu’aux balcons.

– “Holy Water”

  Deuxième date de leur tournée et ils n’en reviennent pas de l’énergie de la salle. Le public tape dans ses mains dès le début et chante à la place du chanteur sur commande. Ça saute de partout et à la fin, un petit moshpit se forme.

– “Overdrive”

  Philip, avec humour, lâche qu’il serait bien assis au balcon s’il était là comme spectateur, car il se fait vieux, mais ça ne l’empêche pas de faire jumper toute la fosse. La salle est survoltée, tout le monde saute du début à la fin.

  Easily the best track of the set, initially featuring Daniel Winter from Bury Tomorrow, this song shows off Philip’s ability to handle both clean vocals and growls like a pro. It’s pure power, and the crowd is all in.

– “Babylon” 

  The moment the opening notes hit, the crowd goes wild. This song is a staple in their set, and it sparks the first crowd surf of the night. Even our photographer couldn’t resist and ended up crowdsurfing!

– “Awakening”

  More jumping, more energy, the crowd is in a trance, and the band is loving every second of it.

– “Blood in the Water”  

  The audience is stomping along with the beat, and the energy just keeps rising.

– “White Flag”

  “You guys are fucking crazy!” Philip yells, announcing their final song. The crowd roars, and Normandie wraps up their set on an epic note.

– “Hourglass”

  Certainement le meilleur morceau du set, initialement en feat avec Daniel Winter (Bury Tomorrow) “Hourglass” montre la capacité de Philip à gérer aussi bien le chant clair que le growl. Une vraie démonstration de puissance.

– “Babylon”

  Dès les premières notes, la folie s’empare de la salle. Cette chanson est un incontournable, et elle provoque le premier slam de la soirée. Même notre photographe n’a pas résisté et s’est retrouvée à crowdsurfer !

– “Awakening”

  Ça saute encore partout, le public est en transe et le groupe est visiblement ravi de la réponse qu’ils obtiennent.

– “Blood in the Water”

  Le public tape du pied avec intensité, l’énergie continue de monter.

– “White Flag”

  “Vous êtes un public de dingue !” hurle le chanteur en annonçant la dernière chanson. La foule crie de joie, et Normandie termine leur set sur une note euphorique.

Our Last Night: Pure Mastery

Finally, Our Last Night hits the stage. Trevor and Matt Wentworth, Tim Molloy on drums, and touring bassist Sean Everett, all hailing from Hollis, New Hampshire, storm onto the stage with a wave of energy that blows the roof off. Trevor has the crowd in the palm of his hand from the first word.

– “Graveyard”

  It kicks off at full throttle, and the crowd is instantly swept up in the energy. Trevor easily gets the entire room singing along.

– “Astronaut in the Ocean” (Masked Wolf Cover)  

  “Paris, let’s go crazy!” Trevor shouts, and confetti rains down. The crowd is losing it, and the show hits its peak.

– “Habits (Stay High)” (Tove Lo Cover)  

  The energy cranks up another notch. “It’s insane seeing all of you!” Trevor shouts. The crowd is jumping and clapping in time as the mosh pit opens up again.

– “Same Old War”

  From the first note, the floor is bouncing, and once again, confetti floods the air. The crowd screams every word back at the band.

– “Shape of You” (Ed Sheeran Cover)  

  A surprising but super fun cover. The crowd sings every single word, making it a high-energy, feel-good moment.

– “Pay Attention” 

  Trevor asks who’s seen the band before and who’s here for the first time. “Welcome to everyone!” The crowd even sings “Happy Birthday” to Chris, the bassist, and the atmosphere is pure celebration.

Our Last Night : La Maîtrise Parfaite

Enfin, Our Last Night fait son entrée. Trevor et Matt Wentworth, Tim Molloy à la batterie et le bassiste de tournée Sean Everett, tout droit venus de Hollis, New Hampshire, déboulent sur scène avec une énergie qui fait exploser la salle. Trevor prend directement le contrôle du public qui répond à toutes ses demandes.

  Ça démarre sur les chapeaux de roue, et le public est immédiatement pris dans la vague d’énergie. Trevor parvient à faire chanter toute la salle sans effort.

  L’ambiance monte encore d’un cran. “C’est insane de vous voir !” balance Trevor. Le public saute et applaudit en rythme, tandis que le moshpit s’ouvre avec énergie.

– “Same Old War”

  Dès les premières notes, la fosse saute, et encore une pluie de confettis déferle sur la foule. Les cris de la salle accompagnent chaque parole.

– “Shape of You” (Reprise d’Ed Sheeran)  

  Reprise inattendue (en ce qui me concerne) mais ultra efficace. Tout le monde chante chaque mot, un moment fun et plein d’énergie.

– Pay Attention”

  Trevor demande qui a déjà vu le groupe et qui est là pour la première fois. “Bienvenue à tous !” Puis suite à l’information glisse par Trevor, la salle chante “Joyeux Anniversaire” pour Chris, le bassiste, dans une ambiance festive.

  Trevor takes a moment to introduce every member of the band, then gets the entire audience to light up the venue with their phone flashlights, turning the room into a sea of lights.

– “White Tiger”  

  The second Trevor announces this song, the crowd explodes with excitement. The floor is jumping, and Our Last Night brings the house down with this one.

– “Stay” (The Kid Laroi & Justin Bieber Cover)  

  “Thank you so much, let’s go!” the band shouts, launching into this cover, and the crowd is all in once again.

– “Hot Girl Bummer” (Blackbear Cover)  

  Everyone’s got their hands in the air, belting out every word.

– “Dark Horse” (Katy Perry Cover)  

  “Paris, how are you feeling?!” Trevor yells, and the crowd roars back. The band is in top form, and the party rolls on.

– “Buried Alive”

  They close out the main set with this one, and Trevor calls for a wall of death. The crowd goes all out, ending on a high.

But it’s not over yet. The band comes back for one final encore.

– “Iris” (The Goo Goo Dolls Cover)  

  The entire room is singing the chorus, and another wave of confetti rains down. What an epic way to end the night!

  Trevor profite de cette chanson pour présenter chaque membre du groupe et demande à tout le monde d’allumer les lumières de téléphone. La salle entière se transforme en un océan lumineux.

  À l’annonce du morceau, la salle explose de joie. Our Last Night fait sauter toute la fosse avec ce titre énergique.

– “Stay” (Reprise de The Kid Laroi & Justin Bieber)  

  “Merci beaucoup, let’s go !” lance le groupe avant de plonger dans cette reprise, et la foule suit encore une fois avec enthousiasme.

– “Hot Girl Bummer” (Reprise de Blackbear)  

  Tout le monde lève les bras en l’air et chante à pleins poumons.

– “Dark Horse” (Reprise de Katy Perry)  

  “Paris, comment tu te sens ?!” crie Trevor, et la réponse de la salle est un rugissement. Le groupe est en pleine forme, et la fête continue.

– “Buried Alive”

  Le morceau qui clôture le set principal, avec un wall of death réclamé par Trevor. L’énergie est à son comble, tout le monde est à fond.

Mais ce n’est pas fini. Le groupe revient pour un rappel.

– “Iris” (Reprise de The Goo Goo Dolls)  

  La foule chante le refrain à pleins poumons, et une nouvelle vague de confettis déferle. Quel final incroyable !
