Kicking things off, New York collective Whatmore stormed the stage without wasting a second. The five-piece immediately brought their East Coast energy into an already overheated venue. Blending rap, soul, rock, and R&B, the group delivered a wildly dynamic performance where every member bounced off each other in a nonstop verbal back-and-forth. Each artist brought their own identity, pen game, and flow to the table. At one point, Jackson August jumped straight into the pit to perform in the middle of the crowd, while Cisco Swank dove headfirst into the mosh pits, setting off the night’s first real wave of chaos. The perfect opener to push an already hyped crowd completely over the edge.

After a short wait soundtracked by a string of classics spun by the DJ, the iconic Pennsylvania duo finally hit the stage to the deafening screams of an absolutely packed and fired-up pit. From the very first seconds of “Hyperyouth,” the entire venue exploded into collective euphoria. Joey Valence & Brae tore through the set without giving the crowd a single second to breathe, delivering a massive live-focused setlist pulling from all three of their projects.

The night featured bangers like : “Hyperyouth,” “Give It To Me,” “Bust Down,” “Hooligang,” “Starafight,” “Like A Punk,” “OK,” “Go Hard,” “Is This Love,” “Live Right,” “Wassup,” “The Party Song,” “Have To Cry,” and “Push The Pipe,” alongside a ferocious cover of Amyl and the Sniffers’ “Security,” “See U Dance,” and the explosive “Freaks / Gumdrop / Napalm” medley, before closing things out in total chaos with “Punk Tactics,” “The Baddest,” and “Disco Tomorrow.”

It didn’t take long for the show to turn into a full-on riot in the best possible way. The pit became one giant dancefloor with nonstop mosh pits breaking out from front to back. Between the drum & bass breakdowns, shouted singalong hooks, and the duo’s punk-meets-hip-hop energy, standing still simply wasn’t an option. Soaked in sweat, the crowd matched every track with insane intensity. At times, the Bataclan floor literally felt like it was shaking under the weight of a crowd completely losing its mind.

Entre les breaks drum & bass, les refrains scandés à l’unisson et les influences punk/hip-hop du duo, impossible de rester immobile. Le public, trempé de sueur, répond à chaque morceau avec une intensité rare. Le plancher du Bataclan craque littéralement sous les sauts d’une foule en délire.
